Media Link: MFKR Photo Mantage (5:32) ![]() There's a million crafters in Fiber City and we've all got a yarn to spin. For this video supplement, I've created a photo MAN-tage of images from the Men's Fall Knitting Retreat from 2008 & 2009 An original composition called "Long Live Happiness" from the band "A Night of Serious Drinking" was used for this video. The band is sadly no longer making music, but I still love this song, and their work in general, to pieces. I thought the lyrics were eerily appropriate for the photo mantage, so we've placed them in the video piece Performed by A Night of Serious Drinking: DON'T FORGET => The first ever Fiber Beat SCHOLARSHIP for Episode No. 10 / MFKR 2010 This year, the Men's Fall Knitting Retreat will be held just outside of Seattle in the City of Federal Way at the Dumas Bay Centre.
